Are there any items you will not accept?
We do not accept medical equipment, exercise equipment, adult-oriented items, perishable items, furniture, large appliances, and firearms.
Do you charge any fees for your service?
Our service is free.
How do you pay?
We will instantly issue a check made out to the owner of the item(s).
What product condition(s) do you accept?
We accept new, used, and broken gold & silver jewelry. All other items should be in good condition and be fully functional.
Is there a limit on how many items I can sell at one time?
There is no limit. We may want to buy everything you are interested in selling.
What are the legal requirements to sell an item to Cheddar?
You must be 18 years old and have a valid Federal or State-issued photo identification, for example: State ID, Driver’s License, military ID or passport, and be the rightful owner of the item(s) you intend to sell.
What safety measures are in place for in-home transactions?
Enjoy peace of mind knowing your property is in the care of a licensed and insured specialist who will treat you and your home with respect.
What state do you service?
We currently service the entire continental US using shipping services, and provide in-person mobile pick-up service in the Twin Cities metro and western Wisconsin border cities from Stillwater down to Prescott including Hudson and Surrounding areas.
When can I expect a response to my request?
We schedule appointments Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm central time, and we respond to inquiries Monday - Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm central time. If you submit a request during that time, we will respond promptly the same day. If you submit a quote outside of open hours, we will respond promptly the next business day.
Do you offer a receipt or proof of the transaction?
Yes, we will email you a bill of sale for your records.

What happens if an item is damaged during the transaction process?
The condition of your items is verified at the start of the transaction. If we damage the item during the transaction, we will buy the item for the amount we would have paid before the damage occurred.
